1. General Provisions and Definitions

The definitions of some important terms used in this document are given below:

• "Money" or "Balance" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) deposited into the member's account.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on bat477 and use its gaming services, you must be 21 years of age or older. Only individuals aged 21 and above may use this platform. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, at the same address, from the same device or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. In such cases, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. bat477 reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit the balance if false or misleading information is provided.

2.4 Verification

bat477 may at any time request the necessary documents to verify a member's identity, age and payment information. The withdrawal process may be suspended until verification is complete.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited.

• You are solely responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Avoid logging in from public devices or networks.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

bat477 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳100. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframe

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement has been met.

4.3 Currency Policy

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Alternatively, depositing ৳12,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x. This means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own validity period and conditions.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• It may not be possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.
• bat477 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If bonus terms are abused or manipulated, the bonus may be cancelled and the account closed.

5.4 VIP Program

The bat477 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier — Bronze members receive up to 0.3%, Silver members up to 0.5% and Gold members up to 0.8% weekly cashback. Members can advance to a higher tier by remaining regularly active.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

bat477 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. The outcome of all games on our platform is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely impartial.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by bat477

bat477 may at any time temporarily suspend or permanently close any account due to a breach of terms, suspicious activity or the requirements of applicable law.

8.2 Closure by Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid balance before the account is closed, unless an active investigation is in progress.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no activity for an extended period. Inactive accounts will be dealt with in accordance with bat477's policy.

9. Responsible Gambling

4. In any game-related dispute, server log data will be considered the final evidence.
